Super Bowland talent, and my Jammy job!

How amazing is my job? I spent the day listening to rolling stones, guns n roses, fleetwood mac, elvis and more, whilst painting rock posters. All in the name of year 8 musical research and scenic mastery! 

Here are a few examples of the posters that will be used in the stage dressing for Bowland's "Schools will rock you" the school show version of "We will rock you!"

Web Authoring - Year 1

This was our final assignment of Year 1 and I put a great deal of work into it.  I am gutted that year 1's marks do not count towards our final degree, but then it is easier to get higher marks in the first year!

Here we had to design and author a website for our portfolio.

It is not live but I will try and load the .swf file if blogger allows in.

After a workout and dinner, and TV with my hubby, what better way to spend the evening than putting 'cute puppies' in the google images search bar?

3D Graphics assignment year Year 1 - Sketch Up

This was our introduction to 3D. Starting with the basics, such as a square becoming a cube or a cuboid etc.

For my assignment I produced a study of my school and various objects in the objects. This focussed on the structure of all the items, the textures, the placement and perspective. Here is an image of the 3D model, I must get round to creating a navigation tool, or recording a 'walk through'.

Final Marks: 80 = First
